I don’t want to say that I’m depressed – I don’t want to allow myself to go there.
But I don’t know how to deal.
There is too much I need to do. I need to continue to make a living to support my family, which requires energy and endurance. I need to tend to the needs of my children, which requires a lot of attention and care. Our purchase of a new house is about to close on Tuesday; I need to get ready to move our household to a somewhat safer neighborhood to protect the kids. I need to pay the bills.
I have to walk among the people who hate my kind, who call themselves American but don’t believe that I was created equal, nor that my kids deserve what theirs do.
So I’m dropping links, instead of writing.
These are ones you might enjoy or get some use out of. Do check the links on this page’s left-hand side bar.
